  • Unlike other bed assist rails, the innovative Smart-Rail has two positions: closed and open. While closed, it provides support for making adjustments while in bed. In the open position, it pivots out from the bed and touches down to the ground to assist in transferring to a standing position to prevent falling.
  • The Smart-Rail is an innovative bed railing with 2 positions: open (for standing support) and closed (for in-bed positioning); in the open position, the rail swings out from the bed to provide ergonomic support beside you where you need it most.
