We talk with our workers to get their actual inner thought, walk in the workshop to know the worker’s status and production performance. Sometimes the designer only focus on appearance, but lose sight of real production. This issue can be also settled if we could have an effective conversation with the workers, their comments on design can improve our production easier and faster.
